SCIMOS UZ has a very precise structure in which Z and CZ type zirconia
crystals are densely distributed. SCIMOS UZ can therefore be used in a variety of atmospheres and at temperatures
of 2100 degrees C or more. Due to this high Z and CZ structure, SCIMOS UZ Fused Cast Refractories exhibit
corrosion resistance against all glass types. Moreover, the product's brick form and high oxidation state
ensures that its seeding potential against molten glass remains suppressed to a very low level. |
